Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP), in partnership with UNICEF, started the Gender Transformative Programme (GTP) in Dharashiv (Osmanabad)in 2022. The programme uses Meena Raju Manch (MRM)—a play-based, child-friendly platform—to engage children, teachers, School Management Committees (SMCs), and communities. The aim is to challenge harmful social norms and create gender equal schools and villages.
