PROSPER Project – Trimbakeshwar, Nashik (Maharashtra)

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP), with the support of Kind Care Foundation (Mankind Pharma CSR), invites quotations from experienced vendors for the Supply & Installation of Sewing Machines under the PROSPER Project in 10 villages of Trimbakeshwar Block, Nashik District.

Scope of Work :

• Supply and installation of 10 Sewing Machines (Foot-operated & Motorized) for selected women entrepreneurs.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Supply high-quality and durable sewing machines.
• Deliver and install machines at designated village locations.
• Provide beneficiary orientation on machine operation and maintenance.
• Offer warranty and after-sales service support.
• Fix SSP and Kind Care Foundation branding stickers/plates on each machine.
• Coordinate with the project team for timely installation and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supplying sewing machines.
• Experience in CSR, NGO, or Government projects will be preferred.
• Capacity to provide installation, demonstration, and after-sales service.
• Valid GST registration and required business documents.
