About the Project :

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP) is implementing a holistic development initiative in 10 villages of Trimbakeshwar Block, Nashik District. As part of this initiative, water security and infrastructure development will be implemented in 3 selected villages. We invite experienced and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the design, construction, and implementation of sustainable water infrastructure solutions.

Scope of Work:

• Construction of watershed structures – check dams, contour trenches, and water storage tanks
• Installation of solar-powered drinking water systems
• Implementation of water conservation measures – bund creation/repair, plantation, recharge pits
• Conducting hydrological studies and identifying feasible intervention points
• Community engagement and training through local water committees

Key Deliverables:

• Need assessment for water infrastructure in the identified 3 villages
• Turnkey execution of water infrastructure solutions
• Training & manual development for local stakeholders
• Maintenance plans and long-term sustainability strategy
• Warranty and post-installation support
• Timely delivery with quality and environmental compliance

Vendor Eligibility:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in water infrastructure and rural development
• Demonstrated expertise in solar-powered water systems
• Proven record of community-based water project implementation
• Valid certifications and government compliance
• Strong references and track record
