About the Initiative :

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP) is establishing a Livelihood Support Centre (LSC) at its Latur branch to strengthen livelihood ventures led by rural women and farmer groups. The LSC will provide specialised technical and professional support beyond the Sakhi Mentor Network, ensuring enterprise growth, sustainability, and market integration.

We invite applications/expressions of interest from qualified experts, technical service providers, and agencies in the following domains:

Educational Qualification :

Applicants should possess any one of the following:

1. Agriculture / Agri-Business Background : B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture, Agri-Business Management, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.
2. Management / Marketing / Rural Development Background : MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Rural Management, Agri-Business, Rural Development, Social Work, or Development Studies.
3. Technical / Food & Post-Harvest Background : Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Post-Harvest Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical or related technical disciplines.

Relevant field experience (minimum 3–5 years) in working with rural communities, FPOs, SHGs, and women-led enterprises will be preferred.

Preference for Women Candidates :

• Women professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Preference will be given to experienced female candidates, especially those working with rural women and farmer collectives.
• Local candidates from Latur district and Marathwada region will be preferred.
