Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Hand Wash Stations in Schools

About the Project:

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP) is implementing a holistic development initiative in 10 villages of Trimbakeshwar Block, Nashik District. As part of this initiative, installation of Hand Wash Stations will be undertaken in 2 selected Z.P. Schools under the Health and Sanitation component of the project. We invite experienced and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, and implementation of sustainable Wash infrastructure solutions, specifically Hand Wash Stations in 2 Z.P. Schools.

Scope of Work :

1. Manufacturing and installation of 2 Hand Wash Stations with specifications:
   • 304 Stainless Steel Hand Wash Tray with 2 taps per station
   • 2 Nets per station, Buffing Mat Finish
2. Delivery and installation at designated schools in Trimbakeshwar, Nashik.
3. Providing training and guidance to school staff for proper usage and maintenance.
4. Ensuring post-installation support and maintenance guidance.

Eligibility Criteria for Vendors:

• Proven experience in fabrication, supply, and installation of sanitary equipment or similar projects.
• Ability to deliver and install Hand Wash Stations within the specified timeline.
• Compliance with quality standards and safety norms.
• GST registration and valid trade license.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and community outcomes (preferred).
