Supply of Digital Service Centre Equipment for Rural Villages

Purpose:

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP) invites quotations from reputed vendors for the supply and installation of equipment for setting up Digital Service Centres in 5 villages under the Prosper Project, Trimbakeshwar Block, Nashik. These centres aim to facilitate access to government services, digital literacy, and essential digital infrastructure for rural communities.

Required Equipment:
  • Laptops: High-performance laptops with a minimum of 8GB RAM, SSD storage, and licensed operating systems.
  • Printers: Multi-functional printers (print, scan, and copy) with low operational costs.
  • Fingerprint Scanners: High-quality biometric devices for Aadhaar-based services.
  • Webcams: HD webcams with microphones for online sessions and video calls.
  • Other Accessories: UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply), network routers, and cables as required for the setup.
Scope of Work:
  • Supply and Delivery: Deliver all equipment to the designated locations in Trimbakeshwar block.
  • Installation and Setup: Ensure the proper installation and functionality of all equipment at the digital service centres.
  • Training: Provide basic operational training to the project team and village coordinators.
  • Support and Maintenance: Offer warranty and after-sales support for all supplied equipment.
Eligibility Criteria for Vendors:
  • Proven experience in supplying digital equipment for similar projects.
  • Commitment to quality and timely delivery.
  • Capability to provide warranty and technical support for at least 2 years.
  • GST registration and necessary certifications.
