In order to consolidate, manage and disseminate information to different stakeholders and also for internal reference SSP will be strengthened its digital data capture from paper based data flow.

• To ensure capacity of digital data capture and is built across the organization on regular basis to keep pace with technical development


• Oversee and manage systematic and regular data flow


• To source and incorporate suitable tools to ensure data accuracy


• To build suitable dashboards at project level, location level and institutional level to facilitate effective project management


• To set up necessary systems for data security data archiving data backup.


• To take the responsibilities of fulfilling the donor’s needs assessment and proposal requirements, and post proposal sanction statistical reporting and for that, and be ready to take the inputs/directions from the donor representatives.
