Swayam Shikshan Prayog’s mission is to promote inclusive, sustainable community development by empowering women in low income climate threatened communities. SSP’s interventions has empowered 300,000+ rural women community leaders, entrepreneurs, farmers and young girls, who have in turn impacted the lives of 6 million+ people across 2,300+ villages in 30 climate-threatened rural districts in 7 States in India. Location:

He/she will be located at SSP’s Office in Latur, Maharashtra. Travel to SSP’s field areas is essential whenever required to complete your tasks in the organisation.

Roles And Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional in the social development field who is result oriented and can work independently and is motivated by a strong desire to learn, grow, and innovate. Planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation skills, as well as experience working in rural areas, are necessary. He or she will be in charge of successful project execution

• Project Implementation Planning
• Design and develop project strategies including communication and execution strategies.
• Developing Training Resources for Marketing, Distribution and Sales in particular for Subjee Cooler and Bio‐gas Plant.
• Evaluate and develop Monitoring tools for the project to ensure effective monitoring of each individual activity.
• Undertake regular monitoring field .visits.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review and progress meetings with the team.
• Keep in regular touch with the team and provide guidance on the project activities. Supervise and support the f teams in conducting activities.
• Support the project team in designing and developing the training manuals and directly conduct the trainings. When required.
• Support the team in ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (including Activity, Monthly and Review Reports).
• Responsible for monthly review meetings with senior management and donors
• Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Maintain regular coordination and communication with community representatives to build and enhance their ownership.
• overall Coordination and Communication for the project
• Attend relevant meetings, workshops forums to present the project achievements and successes.
• Establish and manage relationships with donor, partners and all key stakeholders.
• Review and finalize the reports of key project activities.
• Periodic Insights Studies for Documenting Lessons Learned from the Program.
• End of the Program Insights Study to compile Key Lessons in a Rulebook (Public Report)
• Lessons Learned Dissemination Workshop with all Project Stakeholders.
• Project Closure Workshop and Delivery of Selected Tools, Knowledge Products, Database etc.
• Any other tasks, as assigned by the seniors.
