About the Project:

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP), in collaboration with Mankind Pharma, is implementing the Prosper Project in 10 villages of Trimbakeshwar, Nashik. The initiative aims to support women entrepreneurs by providing sewing machines, pico-fall machines, and flour mills to enhance their income opportunities and promote self-reliance.

Scope of Work:

SSP invites reputed and experienced vendors for the supply and installation of:

• Sewing Machines (foot-operated & motorized) for tailoring businesses.
• Pico-Fall Machines for edge finishing and garment enhancement.
• Flour Mills (domestic & small-scale commercial) for grain processing and value addition.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Supply high-quality and durable sewing machines, pico-fall machines, and flour mills.
• Provide technical training to women entrepreneurs on usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Offer after-sales support and warranty services.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation at designated village locations.
• Assist in linking beneficiaries to market opportunities for sustainable income.
• Fix SSP and Mankind Pharma branding plates/stickers on each supplied machine unit.

Eligibility Criteria for Vendors:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supplying sewing machines, pico-fall machines, & flour mills.
• Proven track record in community development or government projects.
• Ability to provide demonstration and training support.
• Commitment to quality assurance, servicing, and maintenance.

Deliverables:

• Supply of sewing machines, pico-fall machines, and flour mills as per agreed technical specifications.
• Training sessions for beneficiaries on machine operation and business skills.
• Installation and testing at designated locations.
• Submission of a detailed implementation plan & maintenance schedule.
