The Client, Swayam Shikshan Prayog is currently implementing a project titled “To Create 400 Women Micro Entrepreneurs and 20 Super Entrepreneurs and Provide Handholding Support to 120 Women Cohort of 2024–2025 from Latur Block of District Latur.”
The project aims to strengthen women-led entrepreneurship by supporting rural women to establish and grow micro-enterprises. The initiative focuses on building the capacities of women entrepreneurs through training, mentoring, and continuous handholding support. The project also promotes the development of Super Entrepreneurs, who act as local leaders and mentors to support other women entrepreneurs within their communities.
Through structured training programs, enterprise development support, and market linkage efforts, the project aims to enable women to start or expand income-generating activities and strengthen their financial independence.
As the project approaches completion by March 2026, SSP intends to undertake a comprehensive documentation and reporting exercise to capture the outcomes, learning, and stories emerging from the initiative.
The objective of this assignment is to document the implementation process, achievements, and impact of the project in a structured and engaging manner. The documentation will highlight the journey of women entrepreneurs, key outcomes of the program, and lessons learned during the project period.
The exercise will also help develop high-quality reporting materials that can be shared with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
The selected consultant or agency will be responsible for documenting the project outcomes and preparing a comprehensive project report.
The assignment will involve reviewing project documents, interacting with project staff and beneficiaries, and conducting field visits to selected locations in the Latur block. The consultant will capture the experiences of women micro entrepreneurs and super entrepreneurs, documenting their enterprise journeys, challenges, and achievements.
The documentation will include case studies, beneficiary stories, and insights into how the project has contributed to strengthening women’s entrepreneurship and livelihood opportunities. The consultant will also compile key program achievements, data highlights, and lessons learned from the implementation process.
The final report should present the project outcomes in a clear and engaging format that reflects both quantitative results and qualitative insights from the field.

The assignment is expected to be completed by 31 March 2026, including submission of the final documentation report.
Consultants or organizations interested in this assignment should have experience in development sector documentation, reporting, and storytelling. Experience in documenting entrepreneurship programs, livelihood initiatives, or women empowerment projects will be preferred.
Applicants should have strong writing, research, and field documentation skills and should be able to produce clear, high-quality reports and case studies.
