Under the leadership of Archana, an Agriculture Group was formed with 13 members in 2011. Archana successfully implemented the one-acre farming model where she cultivated inter crop varieties like pulse, urid, chana and wheat.

She is the Director of Manjari Producer Company and has an advanced vision for women entrepreneurs in her village. In 2009, Archana got training on entrepreneurship and started a jewelry business in the same year. She expanded her business to cloth in 2011. Today, Archana has different types of business enterprises ranging from cloth, jewelry, vermi-compost, goat farming and poultry farming. She is a Master Trainer recognized by Government and utilizes her skills in their training programmes (UMED). She is also ASHA worker under Govt of Maharashtra. She has trained more than 1700 women and of them 700 women have started their own small businesses.
