This project aims to develop a comprehensive management information system with the capability of managing up to 20 projects in four different sectors like Women’s Entrepreneurship, Energy and the Environment, Women-Led Climate Resilient Agriculture, and Water, Sanitation, Health & Nutrition (WASH). There are over 3 lakh women beneficiaries/farmers/entrepreneurs covered by the project.
With around 20 projects being implemented with CSR donors at the moment, using data to show results have been a crucial aspect for SSP, and a comprehensive management information system is needed to demonstrate the impact. In this regard, SSP is currently looking for a consultant/External Agency that can support the SSP Organization in building browser-based web application and Android-based Mobile application which includes Project wise task management, Donor Management, making impact reports, Activities wise tracking etc. The Consultant would work with the Director of Programs, the Programme Manager as well as MIS team to build to outline of all the components need to include in the MIS system.
The project will be for days and at the sole discretion of Swayam Shikshan Prayog management targeted starting date is 1st March 2023 to 31st March 2024. The contract will be governed by standard terms of service contracts of the organization. And will be shared with shortlisted candidates upon request.
1. Consultant / Agency Must have prior experience in building Organizational and Project level Management Information Systems
The budget for building MIS is INR 700,000 including all the expenses and taxes.
A shortlist of a maximum of three consultants/Agencies will be established based on expressions of interest. The shortlist will be evaluated on the following criteria based on their updated resume, financial offer and their reference check by Swayam Shikshan Prayog:
Preference will be given to Agencies having successfully handled similar assignments. Weightage will also be given to Agencies with whom Swayam Shikshan Prayog had a prior satisfactory association.
The final selection will be by a Management Committee of Swayam Shikshan Prayog, who may telephonically interview the shortlisted candidates and the decision of the Committee will be final and binding.
Only the shortlisted Agency shall be contacted. In case your profile does not match the aforementioned requirements, your application will be eliminated at the preliminary scrutiny stage and Swayam Shikshan Prayog is not obliged to send any communication in that regard and will not entertain any follow-ups in that regard.
