Vendor Invitation for School Infrastructure Development in Trimbakeshwar block, Nashik district

Purpose:

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP), in collaboration with Mankind Pharma under the Prosper Project, invites qualified vendors to participate in the tender process for implementing infrastructure upgrades in 10 schools located in the Trimbakeshwar block, Nashik district.

Scope of Work:

The vendor will be responsible for:

• Renovation and repair of classrooms, corridors, and school buildings.
• Installation of benches, desks, and other classroom furniture.
• Upgrading sanitation and drinking water facilities within school premises.
• Electrical and lighting system upgrades, including fan installations.
• Painting and beautification of classrooms and school exteriors.
• Ensuring a child-friendly environment through creative learning spaces and murals.

Key Deliverables:

1. Timely and high-quality execution of all infrastructure-related tasks.
2. Use of durable and environmentally friendly materials.
3. Adherence to safety standards and local regulations.
4. Regular updates and collaboration with SSP’s project team.

Vendor Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in executing similar school or institutional infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of quality work and timely delivery.
• Availability of skilled workforce and tools for project execution.
• Ability to provide detailed quotations with cost breakdowns.
• Familiarity with government norms and standards for educational institutions.
